Product description
The Pt1000 pipe sensor 105 °C (Pt1000-1627) is a surface-mounting pipe sensor for accurately measuring and controlling temperatures on pipes and tubes. The sensor operates on the Pt1000 resistance principle (1000 Ω at 0 °C) and requires no supply voltage, ensuring a stable and reliable measurement.
The sensor is equipped with a curved metal contact plate made of brass, which ensures optimal heat transfer from the pipe to the sensor. Installation is simple using the supplied hose clamp, enabling quick installation without major modifications to the pipe.
The Pt1000-1627 is designed for temperature measurements up to +105 °C and is ideal for applications in heating and plumbing engineering where the surface temperature of pipes needs to be monitored.
Product application
This Pt1000 pipe sensor is suitable for, among other things:
- Temperature measurement on water pipes and heating pipes
- Control engineering for heating and heating cable systems
- Building services in residential, commercial and light industrial buildings
The sensor is designed for pipes from Ø 22 mm and can also be used on thicker pipes up to Ø 120 mm using the supplied hose clamp. If necessary, the contact plate can be carefully adjusted for a perfect fit.
Tip: for horizontal pipes, mount the sensor preferably on top for the most representative measurement.
