This electric water valve allows the water flow to be automatically opened or closed. The valve functions like an electrically controlled faucet and is available with a 1/2″ or 3/4″ threaded connection. Thanks to its compact design, the system is easy to integrate into a wide variety of water installations.
When the valve is under pressure, the water passage opens. As soon as the pressure drops, the valve automatically closes and the water supply is interrupted. This makes the water valve ideal for applications where automatic water control is desired.
There are four mounting openings on the underside of the housing, so that the valve can be easily attached to a flat surface or mounting bracket.

Operation on 12 Volt DC
The solenoid valve operates on a safe 12 volt DC power supply. This makes it easy to be powered via an appropriate power adapter or regulator unit.
In idle mode, the valve is closed. Only when the spool receives voltage is the water passage opened. In combination with a level controller, the water valve can function completely automatically. For example, a pond or tank can be automatically refilled as soon as the water level drops.
Automatic protection against dry runs
When a level switch or level controller is used, the water supply can be automatically shut off as soon as a preset level is reached. This prevents unwanted overflow or dry runs of installations and ensures reliable automatic operation.
The valve operates according to the indirect-controlled principle. Therefore, sufficient water pressure at the inlet is necessary for proper operation. The coil is cooled by the flowing water, which allows long-term use without overheating.

Suitable for 3/4″ hose connections
The 3/4″ connection version is suitable for standard hoses and couplings that are commonly used in garden irrigation, washing machines and other water installations.
Mounting tips
- Always check the indicated flow direction on the valve.
- Mount the spool preferably facing upwards and protect it from moisture.
- The electrical connections are not polarity-sensitive.
- Use the mounting holes on the underside for a secure attachment with self-tapping screws.
