The Tracing tape on roll (300 m) is a professional heating solution for installers and large consumers, designed to keep pipes and installations frost-free and at the correct temperature. This tracing tape operates on 230 V and delivers a constant power of 10 watts per meter, ensuring uniform and reliable heat distribution over its entire length.
The ribbon is supplied per roll of 300 meters and is intended for self-assembly on-site. In combination with the special tracing ribbon mounting kit, connection cables and end caps can be installed waterproofly. Thanks to its low weight and robust design, the tracing ribbon is easy to handle in both new installations and renovation projects.
The tracing tape is also safe for use in drinking water systems and meets industrial quality standards.
Product application
This tracing tape is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:
- Frost protection for water pipes
- Protection of sprinkler systems
- Temperature retention in utility and industrial installations
- Application on, along or within pipes (according to guidelines)
The tracing tape can be applied to metal and plastic pipes, such as polyethylene and PVC. For plastic pipes, the use of aluminum tape is recommended for optimal heat transfer.
Example application: a pipe of Ø 32 mm, combined with tracing tape and 20 mm insulation, remains frost-free down to approximately −20 °C.
