Product description
The programmable thermostat (TC-300) is a practical plug-in socket thermostat for the automatic control of electric heating, such as heating cables and heating tapes. Thanks to the 7-day timer programme, the heating can be switched on and off precisely at preset times and temperatures.
The thermostat measures the temperature with a built-in sensor and automatically switches the mains voltage to the connected load when the measured temperature drops below the set value. The illuminated display shows both the set and actual temperatures.
Advanced features such as comfort and energy-saving mode, holiday mode and adjustable frost protection ensure efficient and safe use. In addition, the TC-300 is equipped with a pump protection function, which supplies power briefly every 11 hours to prevent pumps from seizing.
Product application
The programmable thermostat is designed for situations where the heating and the thermostat are in the same room, as the temperature sensor is integrated into the housing.
Suitable applications include:
- Automatic switching of heating cables and heating tapes
- Frost protection of pipes and installations
- Switching on auxiliary heating, such as radiant heaters
- Use in caravans, boats, garages and other unheated spaces
Please note: this thermostat is not suitable for damp rooms, such as stables or wet plant rooms. The time programmes must be set individually for each day.
