IBC heating
The IBC heating blanket is the largest standard heating blanket with a span width of up to 4.4 meters. The heating blanket has been specially developed for heating 1000L IBC containers. The versatile and robust construction creates a kind of oven effect. Through a simple cross-system, the heating blanket is also easy and quick to install.
Applications
The IBC heating blanket is used in many industries, such as the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and food industries, for the process heating of various substances. Due to the special design, which provides heating in two separately controlled zones (top and bottom), the heating blanket is particularly suitable for heating liquids. When the contents reach the center, the upper zone switches off.
