Self-adhesive aluminum tape for optimal heat transfer and sturdy mounting
Product description
This aluminum tape is specially designed for fixing heating cables and heating strips on pipes and other smooth surfaces. Thanks to the excellent heat conductivity of aluminum, the tape contributes to optimal heat transfer between the heating strip and the substrate, significantly improving the system's efficiency.
The tape is self-adhesive, easy to apply and suitable for both metal and plastic pipes. When applied to PVC pipes, the tape is used to wrap the entire pipe, ensuring that the heat is distributed evenly and preventing cold bridges.
With a length of 50 meters per roll, this tape is suitable for both small and larger installations.

Assembly instructions
Follow the following steps for a correct installation:
- Apply a piece of tape around the pipe and the heating cable every 20/30cm.
- With plastic pipes (PVC): first wrap the entire pipe with tape
- Then attach the heating cable to the pipe.
- Make sure the tape is securely attached everywhere, and that no air bubbles form.
For PVC pipes, the length of the tape is equal to the length of the heating tape.
