Product description

Plug-in heating tape for water pipes (external or internal) made of metal and plastic. Can be used for all kinds of other applications to keep something frost-free. The big advantage of this heating tape is that it can never get too hot.

Applications

It is self-regulating over its entire length and automatically gives off more heat in the coldest places. Can also be used partly indoors and partly outdoors, or in the ground.

Optional Frost switch

The frost switch is placed between the heating tape or thermolint and the socket. It has an external temperature sensor and automatically switches on the pipe heating (frost protection) as soon as the ambient temperature is lower than +3 °C. When the temperature rises to +5 °C, it automatically interrupts the power. There is a delay time of approx. 60 min for switching off.
