Tracing cable for outdoor frost protection

Thermolint prevents freezing of water pipes at houseboat or other outdoor application. Suitable for keeping plastic pipes, gutters and drains frost-free.

Applications

Thermolint has a self-regulating heat sink that does not get hot. This pre-fab cable is watertight terminated and equipped with a robust plug.

Optional frost switch

You place the frost switch between heating ribbon or thermo ribbon and wall socket. It has an external temperature sensor and automatically switches on the pipe heater (frost protection) as soon as the ambient temperature falls below +3 °C.When the temperature rises to +5 °C, it cuts off the power automatically. A delay time of approx. 60 min applies for switching off.
