Heating cable MF12
Thin, flexible heating cable with a strong plastic outer casing. This 230V heating cable is equipped with waterproof connectors and a flat connection cable on one side, which is only 4 mm thick. Applications: underfloor heating in cement and finishing floors. Also suitable for outdoor and wet applications, such as planter beds.
Avoid overheating and always maintain a minimum loop distance of 5 cm between hot cable sections when installing. The heat output is approximately 12 watts per meter of cable length. A temperature control (thermostat) is always required for this type of cable. See options
Applications
Loadable up to 20 watts/m
For this cable, a temperature control is basically always required. This heating cable can handle up to 20 watts per meter, provided that it can dissipate its heat properly. Shortening it to a maximum of 60% from its original length is technically possible, taking into account the safety aspects regarding the insulation to be installed.
