Universal on/off temperature controller for heating and cooling. Function for monitoring Min. and Max. temperature. Equipped with 4 potential-free changeover contacts (NO/NC), 2 of which act as alarm contacts for temperature monitoring. The price includes 2 tempearture sensors.
For heating and cooling
Based on the switch-on and switch-off temperature, the controller determines whether heating (heat cables) or cooling equipment (air conditioning) should be switched. You can set these switch-on and switch-off temperatures (hysteresis) yourself.
Applications
Menu-driven operation
The temperature controller is easily operated with 4 buttons on the front panel: OK/JA, ESC/NO, Up and Down. The display shows the switching temperatures, current (measured) temperatures, set parameters and minimum & maximum values. The latter is the memory for the highest and lowest measured temperature.
Temperature controller with 4 switching contacts
The temperature controller has four potential-free (separated) changeover contacts, which are suitable for 230 Volts, or a lower voltage. The temperature controller can itself give an alarm if the measured temperature is outside the set range (after an adjustable delay time of up to 8 hours). This is useful, for example, for temperature monitoring in an animal house or storage of products.
Temperature controller adjustable per channel
Each channel has its own relay for switching and monitoring. Per channel there are 3 LED indicators: relay on / alarm / error message. For the alarm (at your choice) the built-in buzzer can be used.
You can also use this temperature controller as a (passive) 2-channel temperature gauge (digital thermometer), for example for cooling and storage of products. Other application: pump control for a swimming pool with solar collector.

It can be switched to any temperature within the range of -55 to +125 °C. Between -10 and + 85 °C, this temperature controller is accurate to half a degree. Set temperatures remain in memory if mains power is lost.
Temperature sensors up to 50 m distance
The temperature controller is intended for wall mounting and has 2 sensor inputs. It works even when only one (1) sensor is connected. The sensor cable (with RJ45 plug) is 2 meters long.
The sensor connection wires can be extended up to 50 m. This can be done as follows: cut the sensor cable and use 2 junction boxes to make the desired extension with 4-core signal cable. Another possibility is to extend using standard RJ45 computer cables.
