The Mobeye SISTM is a 2-channel module, suitable for all sensors with an output value between 0 and (maximum) 10 volts, or 4-20mA. By setting the measuring range, conversion factor and calibration value, the values are readable as understandable values.
The
Mobeye detectors measure the values of almost every industrial sensor. As soon as (min./max.) limit values are set and exceeded, the specified contacts receive an alarm notification. Periodically the sensor values are logged and displayed in an online portal.

Applications
Depending on the version, the CML4015 and sensors operate entirely on batteries, or on a 12-24VDC power source.
The CML4015-HP uses external power for the SISTM and the sensors. With continuous measurement on the sensors, if the set limit is under or exceeded, an alarm is initiated. Logging of values is done according to an adjustable interval. The power supply is also monitored. If it is lost, an alarm notification follows. Externally powered; SISTM and sensors and operate on a 12-24V DC power source or via a mains adapter.

Operation:
Select a suitable sensor and place it together with the Mobeye SISTM.
Set the warm-up time, calibration value, log frequency, alarm limits, and other settings and choose contacts for notifications.
If alarm limits are under or exceeded, the SISTM sends alarm messages to the contacts. Logged values are viewable online in table and graph form.
